The Chicago Bears have some pressing needs heading into free agency, and they have roughly $80 million in salary cap space to work with.
Defensive tackle isn’t the biggest need on the roster, but the Bears need to fill the hole left by Justin Jones, who’s hitting free agency, at the three-technique position. Gervon Dexter and Zacch Pickens are options currently on the roster, but you’d like to get an experienced veteran in there and keep those two as rotational pieces.
