Tara Jayne - who is dubbed Australia's Katie Price - showed off her eye-popping figure in a tight leopard print outfit over the weekend, after she vowed to break into reality TV.
The 33-year-old nurse commanded attention in the cut out one piece as she headed for lunch with celebrity agent Max Markson.
The star - who has previously appeared on E!s Botched - flaunted her surgically-enhanced physique as she was papped walking to a restaurant for the dinner date at Waterfront restaurant.
Tara and Max were seen engaged in a conversation, with the pair grazing on a seafood platter.
Their chat was likely about Tara's breakthrough into the world of reality television.
Tara - who has been dubbed the human Barbie doll - revealed she was "open to offers" on the telly and thought Channel 9's The Celebrity Apprentice might be a good fit for her.
Speaking to Mail Online, Tara said: "I love the concept of the show and I think I'd be a good fit. Raising money for charity using my business nous would be a wonderful challenge.
"It's a great show. I think I could do well if I got a chance."
Last year, she appeared on the Australian documentary series Mirror Mirror, which followed a group of people who were addicted to surgery.
During the show, Tara described herself as an "upgraded limited-edition Barbie doll", and insisted on undergoing more surgery to have bigger boobs.
She also appeared on the US reality show Botched, as she tried to persuade cosmetic surgeons Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to give her the enormous breasts she was wishing for.
“Everything is tiny on me except for my tatas... I'm on a quest for a bigger chest!” she told producers, but her dreams were quashed when the doctors refused the op, because her weight was “dangerously low”.
The star weighs just 7st, and both Paul and Terry said she was far too small to carry the larger implants she had requested.
“I'm really concerned about Tara's overall well being,” Paul admitted.
“Not just as it relates to surgery, but she really needs to get both physically and mentally healthy,” he added.
