HARTFORD, Conn. — Austin Rueschhoff scored twice as the Hartford Wolf Pack downed the Toronto Marlies 5-2 on Wednesday in American Hockey League play.
Jonny Brodzinski, Alex Whelan and Anthony Greco rounded out the attack for Hartford (17-10-5), while Keith Kinkaid made 28 saves for the win.
Ryan Chyzowski and Bobby McMann replied for the Marlies (17-11-2), the minor league affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Erik Källgren stopped 25-of-29 shots in net for the Marlies.
Both teams went 0 for 1 on the power play.
