A car crashed on a busy main road after the driver suffered a medical episode behind the wheel.
Police and the ambulance service attended the scene on Dunnings Bridge Road today after reports of the crash.
At around 7.15am, police found an Audi car had crashed into a tree on the central reservation, near to Netherton Way.

Officers have said the driver, a man in his 30s, had a medical episode before crashing.
The man was assessed by paramedics at the scene, his condition is not yet known.
The road was blocked by police while investigation and recovery work took place. However it was reopened a short time later.
Traffic was affected heading towards Switch Island, with long delays reported.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "We were called just before 7.15am to Dunnings Bridge Road in Litherland, near to the Netherton pub.
"A man in his 30s is believed to have had a medical episode at the wheel before the Audi car was in collision with a tree.
"The man was assessed at the scene by North West Ambulance Service and the vehicle has been removed."
