The highly anticipated series for Amazon Prime’s All or Nothing: Arsenal series drops August 4, with its first three episodes. A first look trailer was released in which plenty of details could be seen and football.london has collated five details you might have missed from the drop.
Aubameyang vs Mikel Arteta
The trailer opens with three separate scenes of Mikel Arteta firstly in the Emirates Stadium followed by a glum-looking Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and lastly the Arsenal manager shown once again. This back-and-forth story between the pair building in the opening episodes could be hinting at a promise to delve into the issues the pair faced, especially during the toughest start to a season in the Premier League the Gunners have faced.

Aubameyang was eventually allowed to leave in the winter and perhaps Arteta’s showing at the end of the three clips symbolises his ‘victory’ in the pair’s battle. Hopefully, the series will shed more light on what happened.
Tactics board
In one scene where Arteta is talking to his players with an image of Wolves and the Arsenal badge in the background, which we covered in our first look reaction to the trailer, what you might have missed is the tactics board to the left. The red circles showing the club shape will perhaps hint at a focus on Arteta’s thinking behind his team.
From this short still, what struck us was the closeness of the right-wing and right central midfielder. It is likely, despite the numbers not correlating to shirt designation, that this is Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard, who shared a great partnership throughout the season.
Not scared of ‘Arteta out’ rhetoric
The trailer also features two young Arsenal fans who are both critical of the club. One fan says, “This is relegation form.” Whilst another claims, “Arteta’s got to go.”
Many feared that the series would act as a public relations stunt to boost the club’s image after a disappointing end to the campaign. Despite this hardly quelling those fears, it does show that the series will not skimp on the criticisms of fans throughout the season. How much is included, will be an interesting aspect of the series.
Saka starring ahead of new contract
Saka features heavily throughout the trailer. It is clear he will be one of the main protagonists that receive a lot of attention.
With the player’s contract still very much up in the air with no breakthrough yet on a new deal, Saka’s portrayal will be an intriguing piece of the picture. Hints towards his future are sure to be shown and the final three episodes will give the best idea possible.
Josh Kroenke spotted?
The elusive Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke is not expected to be part of the series but Josh Kroenke, his son and Arsenal director, most certainly will be. This was already confirmed when it was spotted Josh had a microphone during the images of Aaron Ramsdale’s signing photos.
However, in the final scene of the trailer, Arteta is seen with his arm around Saka. Walking behind them is club CEO Vinai Venkatesham and another man whose profile looks very much like Josh. What his involvement in the series is will likely be answering questions on the club’s process and ambitions.
He has spoken before about aims to repair the relationship between owners and fans. This might go some way for some people but is unlikely to heal all wounds.
