Atomic Kitten share two things you need to do when visiting Liverpool

Atomic Kitten members have shared the two things they think people visiting the city for Eurovision should do.

Natasha Hamilton, 40, and Liz McLarnon,42, spoke to the ECHO ahead of their performance at the National Lottery Eurovision Welcome Party at St George's Plateau on Sunday, May 7. They were asked about their recommendations for people who have travelled to the city to see some of the amazing Eurovision events.

Liz said: "What's fabulous is Paul Askew of the Art School who is here now has actually done a load of canopies and I've had a little nibble. And he is catering for all the artists at the moment, so obviously you have got to say the Art School [restaurant]."

Natasha said: "Also down the Albert Dock there is the music exhibition and Atomic Kitten have just been inducted into the 'Hall of Fame'. But it just spans the whole time of pop culture and pop music and there is all memorabilia and tour outfits, all different things about pop, that would be a great place to visit as well."

As well as Atomic Kitten's performance, the concert saw performances from The Lightning Seeds, The Real Thing and Frankie Goes To Hollywood.

Comedian Joel Dommett will co-hosted the event and there was cameos and contributions from TV favourites Shirley Ballas, Ricky Tomlinson and RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner The Vivienne.
