At least 4 dead from Tohoku quake, Kishida says

Wednesday night's earthquake off Fukushima has killed four people and injured 97 as of 8 a.m. Thursday, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida said.

Kishida made the remarks during the House of Councillors' Budget Committee meeting Thursday morning.

As for nuclear power stations, Kishida said, "No trouble has been detected in the data we have received so far."
