What is the At Home returns policy?
You will usually have up to 60 days to return your purchase with At Home. As an Insider Perks member, you have 90 days. All returned items must be in the original packaging. You can provide proof of purchase via your Insider Perks account, credit card, receipt, or with a valid ID. Without this, your return will only be eligible for a store credit. After your third return with no receipt, you will be required to show a receipt to receive any form of refund.
