A woman has been charged over the death of another woman who was found on a Perth street.
St John Ambulance alerted police about 1.50pm on Monday after paramedics found the 53-year-old collapsed on Wellington Street near the Pier Street intersection.
She later died from her injuries at Royal Perth Hospital.
Homicide detectives have since charged a 50-year-old woman with unlawful assault causing death.
The 50-year-old will front Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, with WA Police alleging she seriously injured the woman prior to her death.
