Ashley Ross's cause of death has not yet been confirmed after she was involved in a hit-and-run on Sunday night.
The 34-year-old reality star, who came to fame thanks to her starring role in Little Women: Atlanta, died in hospital after she was struck in a road traffic accident.
It is unclear whether she was driving or a passenger in another car when the collision happened, but no other casualties have been reported from the incident.
Ashley - better known as Ms Minnie on the show - was injured at 11pm on Sunday night near Old National Hwy in Atlanta, and died in Grady Memorial Hospital at around 10.30pm on Monday, according to People.
In a statement released by Minnie's publicist Liz Dixson, her devastated family confirmed the tragic news.
"It is with profound sadness that we confirm on behalf of the family of Ashley Ross aka 'Ms Minnie' of Little Women Atlanta has succumbed to injuries from a tragic hit and run car accident today at the age of 34," they wrote.
"The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time."
Minnie had been dating music producer Slickbeatz since 2019.
The heartbroken musician shared a moving tribute to his girlfriend on Instagram, writing: "The moment I saw you, I just knew it. I realized that you are all that I have been searching for all my life.
"I love you today, I love you tomorrow and I will love you the same 10 years from now. Ima miss you baby girl #teamminnieforlife Rip @msminnielwa Love of my life #prayformommatammie #prayforme."
And Minnie's producers at Little Women: Atlanta have also paid tribute, with a rep for the show saying: "She was the most beautiful, kind, giving, generous human ever. She was adored by cast and crew because she always wore her heart on her sleeve.
"There's nothing she wouldn't do for those she loved."
Minnie leaves behind her mother Tammy Jackson, aunt Veronica Deloney, uncle John Deloney, and grandmother Rose Deloney.
