Ashley Cain and Safiyya Vorajee's baby daughter Azaylia is now struggling to open her eyes due to swelling caused by her leukaemia battle.
The eight-month-old tot has been fighting a rare and aggressive form of leukaemia since she was just two months old, and the heartbroken parents have recently been told there is no further treatment available.
Safiyya, 34, cradled Azaylia in her arms in an Instagram video and explained they were going to put cold compresses on her eyes along with turning down her feed to help ease fluid retention.
Safiyya said: "Azaylia's got really, really swollen eyes today and we've been told by our community nurses to put some cold compresses on them and get them down again so she can open her eyes, bless her."
She added Azaylia was "really really struggling today", and later posted a touching photo of her napping with father Ashley, 30, who rose to fame when he starred on Ex on the Beach.
Ashley and Safiyya raised an incredible £1.5million to fund a trip to Singapore where they initially believed Azaylia could receive life-saving treatment.
But tragically, doctors discovered many more tumours in her body and said Azaylia may not have much time left, though she recently wowed her family when she ate for the first t ime in two weeks.
Earlier on in the week, Ashley and Safiyya rushed Azaylia to hospital overnight in an ambulance as her heart rate skyrocketed.
Ashley posted a video of Azaylia in the ambulance to Instagram to update followers. He captioned the posts: "Come on baby" and "I love you princess".
Safiyya also posted to the social media platform with a message saying: "Back in hospital tonight, Azaylia's heart rate was over 200.
"Currently waiting for her blood results to see if we can get her some antibiotics to treat any infections."
She posted another video of Azaylia being taking from the ambulance and said: "You are amazing baby. Mummy and daddy promised to give you our 100% from day 1 & we will keep to our word what ever you need we will do for you baby."
It followed Ashley's post the previous night saying they had to take her for another platelet transfusion after she had been crying tears of blood.
Many messages of love and support from celebrities and followers of the couple have been pouring in for the brave little girl whose mum hails her a "hero".
