ASDA shoppers are raving about a gadget that can be bought from the store for just £44 and makes carpets and floors look brand new. Some people have said they are so impressed with the product that they are switching to it from more expensive premium brands like Shark and Dyson.
The Beldray Turbo Swivel vacuum cleaner is currently selling for £80 on the ASDA website but a shopper called Tavia said she had picked it up for just £44 in store. She posted about her find in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group and many people commented to say they also loved the product.
People were especially impressed by how good it is at getting dog and cat fur up from carpets. While others praised the vacuum cleaner for how light it is, the Manchester Evening News reports.

Posting a picture of the product into the group, Tavia wrote: “Was desperate for a new [vacuum cleaner], gave this a try as our last one from Asda lasted nearly 4 years! £80 online, scanned £44 Asda. Picked up a whole tank of cat hair just from our livingroom carpet!”
Other shoppers then rushed to the comments to share their experiences of the product. Faith wrote: “After years of buying Dyson and Shark and paying £100’s each time we changed to a cheaper Hoover the suction is every bit as good and I don’t care if I only get 2 years (the warranty period) from it as I don’t mind buying another one!”
Emily commented “I have this one and love it x,” while Chelsea added: “My mum has this its such a good hoover.”
Sophie put: “I have this [vacuum cleaner]. and absolutely love it - it's not heavy but sometimes need to give it a really good push to get it going when on carpet, however we do have a deep carpet (if that's what you call it it feels cushioned under your feet ). The amount of pet hair it gets up is amazing and leaves the carpets and laminate floors so clean.”
Meanwhile, other members of the group shared different suggestions for cleaning floors and getting up pet hair. Claire told the group: "I've just managed to get a new goblin one off Asda for £32 on sale they have some great prices ATM." And Lola added: "Lint rollers are amazing for getting animal hairs out the carpets."
