Asda shoppers have rushed to praise an ice cream product that is based on a nostalgic UK classic treat.
The supermarket now sells Cadbury Dairy Milk Freddo Sandwiches, a chocolate ice cream dessert.
According to the product description, it consists of "delicious chocolate ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate biscuits".

The ice cream is available for the cost of £1, and includes six sandwiches in each box.
One excited shopper took to Facebook to share news of the Freddo ice cream, writing: "Haven't seen these before, there's 6 in the box Asda £1".
Since being shared on Thursday afternoon, the post has attracted almost 700 likes and nearly 900 comments from Freddo and Asda fans keen to share their thoughts.
One said: "I’m not a fan of chocolate ice cream but I love these!" while another added, "Know they are nice I've tried them".
A third agreed: "They're so nice," with someone else writing, "these look good."
"I really want these," another person posted.
Meanwhile, someone else said: "Need to try them they look yummy"
