ASDA is bringing back a retro 90s' lunchbox item from McVitie's

McVitie's has announced the return of BN biscuits after they were removed from UK shelves four years ago.

The nostalgic biscuit is made up of two biscuit bases sandwiching a filling made up of either chocolate, vanilla or strawberry.

As the biscuits return, they will be available on supermarket shelves in four different variations.

Shoppers will be able to grab the biscuit in a family sharing pack of 16 or recyclable boxes of five portion packs in Asda from today - they will be sold at a value of £1 per pack.

Other major supermarkets in the UK will be receiving the product from February.

Some shoppers have expressed their joy in seeing the classic biscuit on the market again.

One user commented on Twitter: "Yes McVities! BN biscuits are back at Asda"

One exclaimed how shocked they were to see the biscuits on the shelves again, saying: "I just found some biscuits in a shop near me".

While another commented: "BN biscuits are a thing again"
