Asan N'Jies has swerved police action over his brawl with Jamie Lomas at the TV Choice Awards on Monday night.
The Emmerdale actor was caught on camera in a scuffle with Hollyoaks' Jamie before shouting: "Do you think you are a f***ing big man, I'm going to f***ing kill you."
A source at the bash told the Mirror that one of the guests was heard shouting over the scuffle: "What happens at The TV Choice Awards stays at The TV Choice Awards."
Metropolitan police have since confirmed that no record of the incident between the two men has been lodged following the incident at the Hilton Hotel.
Yesterday, a 'devastated' Asan was sacked from his role as Ellis Chapman, after joining the ITV soap in September 2018.
The disgraced actor, 25, was pictured being escorted from the set after execs were left with no choice but to terminate his contract.
He later issued a grovelling apology and said he was 'devastated' by what happened.
While Jamie has yet to speak out on the matter and was last night pictured catching up with his I'm A Celebrity campmates as he put the drama behind him.
Both Asan and Jamie have so far remained tight-lipped on the real reason for the furious exchange.
A source has claimed the row between the men is believed to have been sparked over one of N’Jie’s friends with whom Jamie is currently said to be involved in a financial dispute.

"However since then, he has decided he wants to leave Jamie's agency, which Jamie is fine with, but he wants the commission he is owed," the insider explained.
Asan allegedly decided to try and goad his friend's ex agent at Monday night's Awards.
The source claimed: "Asan went up to Jamie and started goading him, saying things like, 'Alright, Jamie big b*****ks'."
After the Mirror published footage of the two men coming to blows at the awards, Asan has released a grovelling apology for his actions.
He said: "My behaviour at the TV Choice Awards was completely unacceptable
"I sincerely apologise to everybody who has been affected especially Jamie Lomas, the whole Emmerdale team, our audience, ITV, my family, and the organisers of the TV Choice Awards
"I am devastated, accept full responsibility for my actions and I am determined to learn from this."
He was pictured being escorted from the set of Emmerdale yesterday following a meeting with ITV executives.
A spokesperson said in a statement: "Asan's contract has been terminated with immediate effect."
