Artuc Boruc may have the opportunity to feature for Celtic one more time in his farewell match later this month, it has been claimed.
The 42-year-old goalkeeper is edging closer to retirement from playing and will say farewell to the game with a testimonial-style contest between the two clubs he is closest to - the Hoops and Legia Warsaw - who he was with up until last term. Boruc even captained his side in the Europa League group stages at the age of 41 in a term where he appeared 22 times. Legia has been his club both at the start and end of his career, initially linking up with them in 1999.
His Hoops spell kicked off in 2005 and he spent five years at Parkhead before moving to Italy with Fiorentina. Spells at Southampton and Bournemouth followed before a return to his homeland in 2020, while he also appeared 65 times for his country.
