Arthur Melo has already made his feelings towards Liverpool abundantly clear amid as the Reds look to bring the midfielder in on loan.
Liverpool are in talks over a season-long loan move for the Juventus midfielder, with the club looking to do business before the transfer window closes this evening.
The move comes amid the Reds' ongoing injury problems, with Jordan Henderson the latest concern after picking up a hamstring problem in the dramatic win over Newcastle. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keita and Thiago all remain sidelined, with Liverpool acting late to secure some much-needed back up ahead of this weekend's Merseyside derby.

With Champions League pedigree to boot, Arthur has already come up against both the Reds and Jurgen Klopp, and has already spoken out on his admiration for the club.
Back in 2019 prior to Liverpool's famous clash against Barcelona, Arthur made comments on how tough he felt the two-legged test will be, only to feature for 15 minutes in the famous 4-0 turnaround victory at Anfield.
"For me, Liverpool is one of the best clubs in the world. They have very high quality players, especially in front-line and I expect two very great matches,'' he told TV media prior to Barcelona's 3-0 first leg victory.
"We and Liverpool both will go out for the win. For sure, it will be a great battle,'' he added, as Liverpool romped to a Champions League success, eventually beating Spurs in the 2019 final.
