Riccardo Calafiori starts ahead of Myles Lewis-Skelly as Arsenal meet Manchester United in the Premier League today.

Arsenal became the first team in the Champions League history to score seven goals in away knockout match when they won 7-1 in Holland on Tuesday.

Manager Mikel Arteta may look to rest players for the second leg of the last-16 tie next week, but he will go strong at Old Trafford.

Calafiori impressed off the bench against PSV and comes into the team at left-back over Lewis-Skelly.

The Gunners are still desperately short on attacking options as they are without four forwards due to injury.

Mikel Merino is expected to start as a No9 for the fourth game in a row and the midfielder has three goals in four games since moving up top.

Arsenal starting XI (4-3-3): Raya; Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori; Partey, Rice, Odegaard; Nwaneri, Trossard, Merino

Subs: Neto, White, Zinchenko, Tierney, Lewis-Skelly, Kiwior, Jorginho, Martinelli, Sterling

Time and date: 4.30pm GMT on Sunday 9 March, 2025

Venue: Old Trafford, Manchester

Referee: Anthony Taylor
