The Gunners won the first leg 3-0 on Tuesday night at Emirates Stadium and are travelling to Madrid for the reverse fixture on Wednesday.
Arteta, as a result, makes changes to his team. The Gunners are all but out of the title race as leaders Liverpool are 11 points clear of them with seven games to go.
Jorginho and Oleksandr Zinchenko both come into the midfield but Declan Rice still keeps his place.
In attack, Arteta has the luxury of being able to swap out his whole forward line. Ethan Nwaneri, Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli get the nod.
