Tottenham needed an extra 30 minutes to see off the challenge of Tamworth in the FA Cup on Sunday. However, it could have been a whole lot worse had the non-league side not squandered a late chance in normal time.
The lacklustre display doesn’t bode well for the Lilywhites going into Wednesday’s crunch encounter at the Emirates Stadium.
Ange Postecoglou’s side has certainly demonstrated a Jekyll and Hyde theme so far this year. It really is anybody’s guess to which Spurs team will show up against their fierce rivals.
