Romeo Lavia talks 'progressing'

Arsenal are progressing in talks to sign Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia. The Belgian midfielder has been tipped to leave St Mary's Stadium following the Saints' relegation last term.

According to Miguel Delaney, the Gunners are most likely to be the former Manchester City's next club. Southampton could demand around £40million for the midfielder despite suffering relegation to the Championship.

Diaby interest renewed

Arsenal are set to revive their interest in Bayer Leverkusen talent Moussa Diaby this summer. The winger was linked with a move to north London last year but a move never materialised.

According to reports, Diaby could be available for £50million this summer. The Evening Standard have claimed the Gunners are anticipating competition from PSG and Newcastle for the Leverkusen man while RMC Sport have reported that Mikel Arteta is looking to reignite his interest in the 23-year-old.

Man City Gundogan hint

Manchester City have announced their release list ahead of the 2023/24 season and have included Ilkay Gundogan. The 32-year-old's contract at the Etihad Stadium comes to an end on June 30 and has attracted interest from Arsenal and Barcelona.

The move comes after The Athletic claimed that Barcelona had stepped up their interest in the German with an improved three-year deal.
