Here is your Arsenal transfer roundup on Tuesday, January 17.
Declan Rice top summer target
Arsenal have reportedly made West Ham captain Declan Rice their top target for next summer. It's understood that the Gunners are 'growing in confidence' that they can beat Chelsea to the midfielder's signature at the end of the season, according to The Times.
Rice, 24, has been linked with a move away from the Hammers for some time after advancing as one of the Premier League's best midfielders. The England international has been tipped to make a return to Chelsea after leaving the club at youth level earlier in his career but a move to the Emirates Stadium could now be on the cards.
The report from The Times claims Rice has already rejected three new offers from West Ham. In the summer, it was understood that the Englishman would cost around £150million, with Arsenal prepared to make a significant effort to land the midfielder. The report states that Rice could now be available for £80m.

Serie A raid for striker
After missing out on Mykhailo Mudryk to Chelsea, Italian outlet CMW have claimed that Arsenal are planning to offer the Italian giants €80 million (£71 million) for Dusan Vlahovic, who has netted seven goals in 15 outings so far this season, this month.
Arsenal tried to lure the Serbian frontman to the Emirates Stadium 12 months ago before he opted to sign for The Old Lady instead, a move that has had mixed results given the Serie A side's defensive style under head coach Massimiliano Allegri. Juventus are also said to be in financial turmoil, something that could potentially help the Gunners prise the 22-year-old away from Turin.
Still, it remains to be seen how genuine Arsenal's interest is in the player considering they are arguably more in need of a winger than a centre-forward despite Gabriel Jesus' current knee injury.
Raphinha breaks silence
One name that has been mooted as a possible January arrival is Barcelona winger Raphinha, who Arsenal wanted to sign in the summer before the Brazilian chose to join the Blaugrana instead.
According to Sky Sports, the Gunners are monitoring the 26-year-old's situation at the Nou Camp but the player himself has now indicated that he sees his future with the Catalan club. Speaking after Barcelona beat Real Madrid in Sunday's Super Cup final, he said: "This is my first trophy with this giant club, this enormous shirt of FC Barcelona - it’s incredible.
“And so now we go for more trophies.”
