Youri Tielemans has been included in Leicester City's starting lineup against Manchester United in the Premier League this evening.
The Belgian had been linked with a move to the Gunners throughout the transfer window. But, with the Foxes' fixture against Manchester United taking place on the same evening as deadline day his inclusion in the team effectively confirms that he will be not be leaving before the 11pm deadline.
With little time remaining in the transfer window, it was still up in the air whether or not the Gunners would make a late move for the Belgian. However, his inclusion in the Leicester has made it clear that is not the case.

During the window, Tielemans was understood by football.london to be in a position whereby he would accept a move to the Emirates Stadium for free next summer. Though if a rival made an offer this summer, Arsenal would make a move.
It seems that the Gunners have looked for alternatives on deadline day as a deal to sign Aston Villa's Douglas Luiz is actively being pursued, football.london understands. Sources at Villa have been insisting that Luiz will not be sold, but with under a year remaining on his current deal, a transfer cannot be ruled out.
The Gunners will need to sign a midfielder due to a lack of depth and quality in the middle of the park. CBS Sports reported earlier in the season that Tielemans would be available for £30m. However, a deal has failed to materialise in this window. Mikel Arteta's side have 'cooled' their interest in the Belgian earlier in the window, according to Sky Sports.
It seems Arsenal fans may have to wait until next summer to see potentially see Tielemans in an Arsenal shirt. His inclusion in Leicester City's lineup all but confirms his status as a Leicester City player until at least January.
