Arsenal were given insight and a boost into the way their squad could look next season after the latest round of European fixtures. Reiss Nelson and Luis Sinisterra linked up for a goal in the UEFA Conference League against Slavia Prague on Thursday which could be a collaboration seen at Arsenal next season.
Nelson joined Feyenoord on a season-long loan move from the Gunners and has started to find good form for the Eredivisie side. He had struggled at the start of the season, but he has finally begun to stamp his marker and impress fans of both Arsenal and Feyenoord.
Meanwhile, according to Italian site Corriere dello Sport, the Gunners have made a proposal to Sinisterra and his representatives. The Colombian forward and Nelson collaborated for a goal on Thursday evening, which could be a regular theme at Arsenal next season.

This is Nelson’s second loan since breaking into the first team from the Hale End academy as he played in the Bundesliga for Hoffenheim during the 2018/19 campaign before returning to Arsenal. Since his return from the first loan, he failed to break into Arteta’s side, which is why he is currently on loan at Feyenoord for the season.
Nelson initially struggled during the early days of his Feyenoord loan, and the Dutch sides’ manager Arne Slot explained why. Speaking about Nelson, Slot said: “Nelson had participated in almost all training sessions at Arsenal, but he experiences the training here as a bit more intense.
"He suffered an overuse injury and so he is not here. Whether he will make it to PSV [at the weekend] remains to be seen. At least not as a starting player."
However, in the second half of the season, Nelson has excelled. This was proven by his excellent performance against Slavia Prague in the quarter-finals of the Europa Conference League on Thursday evening.
Alongside the assist for reported Arsenal target Sinisterra, the Englishman made three key passes, successfully attempted 24 out of 25 passes, completed three out of four dribbles, and won five of his seven duals. Arsenal may be in need of a winger next season due to the uncertain future of Pepe. If Nelson continues to perform and show his worth on a European stage then he could be a possible replacement for the Ivorian, with Sinisterra potentially following him to replicate the partnership they have shown this season.
