Arsenal returned to winning ways on Tuesday night as they beat London rivals Chelsea to return to the top of the Premier League table. It looks to be temporary at this moment, with rivals Manchester City holding two games in hand, but if there is a slip up then the Gunners will be there to benefit.
In their return to winning ways, a strike from Martin Odegaard opened the scoring before the captain added a second in an impressive 16 minute spell for the home side in the first half. That lead would be extended further shortly after as Gabriel Jesus capitalised on a loose ball in the box to add a third.
There were still signs of fragility that Mikel Arteta's side have shown in recent weeks, especially when Noni Madueke pulled one back for the visitors. The Blues showed late signs of a push, but created very little as Arsenal ran out 3-1 winners in a huge victory for them in getting their title push back on the rails.

The north London outfit have four games remaining to make their ambitions for the league known, while relying on results elsewhere to do them a favour. With that said, here's a look at the final few games Arsenal have left compared to their rivals Man City.
Newcastle (A) - May 7
Next up for Arsenal is a trip that is far from easy, where they trek to St. James' Park to face Newcastle in a tricky test. The Magpies have impressed this season and currently sit in the top four, looking favourites to finish in the Champions League qualification places this campaign.
Eddie Howe's side have already frustrated Arsenal this season, seeing out a 0-0 draw at the Emirates Stadium in a difficult contest.
Brighton (H) - May 14
Then there's a home tie against Brighton, who have been rather impressive since the appointment of Roberto De Zerbi earlier this season. The Seagulls are pushing for a European place, despite losing some of their key talent in the transfer window, with the 6-0 thrashing of Wolves showing how dangerous they've become.
Nottingham Forest (A) - May 20
The penultimate game of the season and the final away clash comes at the City Ground against relegation battlers Nottingham Forest. Nottingham hasn't always been a happy hunting ground for the Gunners though, who were defeated by the side in the FA Cup last season when Forest were in the Championship.
Wolves (H) - May 28
To round off the season, Arsenal host Wolves at the Emirates Stadium in a game that is likely to be a celebration of what the team has achieved, no matter the end result. While they could lift the title for the first time in years, it could all end a bit too soon for Arsenal and will have to pick themselves up to go again next year.
