Matt Turner: Hardly had anything to do on the night but was alert when called upon. His save from Simons was particularly impressive. 7.
Takehiro Tomiyasu: His delivery when getting forward wasn't always the best on the night, but when it mattered, he pulled out a superb cross to set up Granit Xhaka. 7.
Rob Holding: Not always the best when it came to his play on the ball on the night, but he marked Til well and was in charge of the one-vs-one duels. 6.

Gabriel: An assured display from the Brazilian, who was much more composed than in the final minutes on Sunday. Nearly had a goal to add to it, too but miscued his header. 7.
Kieran Tierney: He didn't impact the game going forward as much as he would have hoped despite a decent start. With Nketiah playing so wide, he couldn't really do his usual overlapping job. Wonder if this will be enough to get him back in the team for Southampton. 6.
Albert Sambi Lokonga: Some really nice distribution from the Belgian at the base of the midfield, and he was positionally switched on. Maybe telling that Partey was called upon when the game was in the balance, though. 6.
Granit Xhaka: A lovely right-footed finish from the Swiss international who is getting used to finding the back of the net this season. His display away from that was influential and impressive. 8.
Fabio Vieira: Not quite a display to trouble the first team from Vieira. Looked disappointed as he was taken off, but didn't really do enough with his chance to warrant staying on. 6.
Bukayo Saka: Arsenal's most consistent attacking threat on the night. Caused PSV all manner of problems down the right and was involved in most of the chances the Gunners created. 8.
Gabriel Jesus: He worked his socks off up front and, on another night, may have had a few goals as a reward for his display. Couldn't find it, though and looked frustrated as the game went on. 7.
Eddie Nketiah: Interestingly deployed out on the left wing, where he had some nice moments cutting in to shoot. Could have done more to gamble in the final though, in order to secure himself a goal. 7.
Substitutes -
Martin Odegaard: A really nice swivel of body position to play in Takehiro Tomiyasu for the goal. Increased the intensity to the levels that were needed after coming on. 7.
Thomas Partey: Took things up a level after coming on midfield and allowed Arsenal to win the ball back that bit higher up the pitch. A solid cameo. 7.
Ben White: He came on too late to influence the game. n/a.
Gabriel Martinelli: He came on too late to influence the game. n/a.
Reiss Nelson: He came on too late to influence the game. n/a.
