Aaron Ramsdale: Didn't really have too much to do but claimed some low crosses well. Decent on the ball but nothing too spectacular. 6.
Ben White: Has added to the offensive side of his game since coming out to right back and showed that side even more today. Some good work defensively when needed too. If he's not in the World Cup squad serious questions have to be asked. 8.
William Saliba: An impressive display from the Frenchman on a big day. Had a few moments where maybe he gave away unnecessary fouls, but was great on the ball and so composed throughout as usual. 8.

Gabriel: Another important goal from the Brazilian - assuming that it definitely was his. Defensively superb on the day, kept Aubameyang quiet all match and was good on the ball. 8.
Oleksandr Zinchenko: A constant passing option in the middle of the park upon his welcome return to the side. Space in behind Ukrainian was always there but that's a calculated risk that's worth taking on days like this. 7.
Thomas Partey: Really good at the base of the midfield. Ran all over Chelsea's midfield with his athleticism but showed the quality when in possession to make a real difference. 7.
Granit Xhaka: Got forward to create a few questions for the Chelsea back line but wasn't quite as influential offensively today. Instead his best work came defensively where he worked tirelessly and lead the team throughout. 7.
Martin Odegaard: Not the greatest of games for the Norwegian who had some nice passes, but lacked a little bit of quality in the final third to make a difference. 6.
Bukayo Saka: Some truly awful set pieces in the first half but he kept plugging away to find the one that made the difference. May not go down as his greatest game, but the relentlessness to keep going was impressive. 7.
Gabriel Jesus: Missed big chances to score yet again, but did everything else so well that it's hard to mark him badly. Some superb build up play on the counter his ability to hold the ball as the match went on was crucial to the win. 7.
Gabriel Martinelli: Some good dribbling down the left to be the most effective attacking threat in the first half. Continued to cause problems in the second where his hard work was key. 7.
Substitutes -
Kieran Tierney: Had a mostly defensive job to do after coming on for the closing minutes and did it well. Might not be starting but he's such a useful player to have in this squad. 7.
Mohamed Elneny: Came on too late to influence the game. n/a.
Rob Holding: Came on too late to influence the game. n/a.
