Matt Turner: Made a couple of smart saves when called upon, but again the issue of his distribution remains. Too keen to go long on several occasions. 6.
Ben White: Struggled at times with the speed of the artificial turf, but was solid enough in the hour that he was on the pitch for and defended well. 6.
William Saliba: Always gives the urge of calmness and composure and did a decent job of defending when called upon. A solid display. 7.

Rob Holding: Misjudged one ball that allowed Pellegrino in for a big chance in the first half, but was fine aside from that. Decent leading presence in the backline. 6.
Kieran Tierney: Drifted into some very infield positions where he looked fine if not influential. Didn't cause as much havoc as he's capable of going forward. 6.
Albert Sambi Lokonga: A really nice assist for Saka's goal that showed what he's capable of on the ball, but some lapses in concentration that show concerns off it. A familiar display for the Belgian who will get better with more minutes. 6.
Martin Odegaard: Adored by fans of both sides in the Aspmyra Stadion even if it wasn't his most influential game. A few nice moments of close control on the edge of the box and a few decent passes. 7.
Fabio Vieira: Not as influential as in the home fixture, but showed his versatility by operating in three different positions across the night. 6.
Bukayo Saka: Got the goal and possibly could have had a second, but didn't do an awful lot else to impact the game. Looked like a player who knew he'd be starting against Leeds no matter what. 7.
Eddie Nketiah: Needs to do a lot more if he's going to be troubling Gabriel Jesus for a starting spot any time soon. Went missing for much of the game even if the service to him wasn't great. 6
Reiss Nelson: An underwhelming night for the Hale Ender on his first start in nearly two years. Clearly has the talent but again struggled to impose himself on the first team stage. 6.
Substitutes -
Granit Xhaka: A much needed leadership presence when he came on the pitch. Tried to raise the standards and showed a willingness to press high that his teammates lacked. 7.
Gabriel Martinelli: Not the greatest of cameos from the Brazilian who struggled to beat his man when one-vs-one. Needed to do more to secure the win for Arsenal. 6.
Marquinhos: Nice and direct after coming on and tried to make an impact on the right hand side even if it didn't really come off all the time. 6.
Takehiro Tomiyasu: Some nice touches after coming on to replace Ben White and showed his versatility once again by filling in at right back. 6.
Thomas Partey: Came on too late to influence the game. n/a.
