Here's your latest Arsenal morning digest on Wednesday, September 28.
Arteta could do something against Spurs that Wenger didn't
The first North London Derby of the season takes place at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday and it promises to be an intriguing battle. Arsenal have won every home game this season, while Tottenham are one of just two Premier League teams yet to taste defeat this campaign.
Mikel Arteta has enjoyed success in previous North London Derbies at the Emirates, beating them 3-1 last season and 2-1 in the previous campaign. If Arsenal record victory on Saturday, Arteta will have achieved a feat that not even Arsene Wenger and George Graham managed.

As per talkSPORT, if Spurs are defeated at the weekend, Arteta would become only the third Arsenal boss to win his first three home games against Tottenham. Only George Morrell [1909-1911] and Terry Neill [1977-1979] have achieved the feat, meaning Arteta would join a list that not even the greatest managers in the club's history have managed to get on.
Guardiola may have solution to Arteta's Saka problem
Given how much he's trusted by both Mikel Arteta and Gareth Southgate, it's easy to forget that Bukayo Saka only turned 21 at the start of September. The Arsenal star has already played over 11,600 minutes of senior football for his club and country and was the only Gunners player to feature in all 38 Premier League games last season.
While it's encouraging for Arsenal fans to see one of their own getting regular opportunities for both the Gunners and England, it is also a concern for Arteta. It's rare for a 21-year-old to have already played as many minutes as Saka has, and in a season as congested as the 2022/23 campaign, burnout is a real possibility.
Arteta has previously spoken about Saka's game time and confirmed in May that he planned on speaking to Southgate on how he is used during international breaks. "Yes, we are going to do that," said Arteta.
Lindstrom drops huge Arsenal transfer hint
Arsenal have been linked with a move for Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Jesper Lindstrom for the upcoming January transfer window. A report from Bild last week stated that the Gunners are 'on the attack' for the Denmark international.
Lindstrom is an attacking midfielder who only signed for the Bundesliga side last year, but has started the new season off with three goals in nine appearances for last year's Europa League winners. According to the report from Bild, the Gunners have already 'put out feelers' to Lindstrom's agent.
Given injuries to Thomas Partey, Emile Smith Rowe and Mohamed Elneny this season, midfield could be a position that Arsenal look to bolster in January - although Lindstrom is more of a playmaker than an enforcer. They have also been linked with a move for Rennes and Croatia star Lovro Majer.
