Seven points clear at the top of the Premier League
Arsenal moved seven points clear at the top of the Premier League last night with a thrilling 4-2 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion.

Mudryk drops Arsenal transfer hint
Arsenal's January transfer pursuit of Mykhaylo Mudryk is set to go the distance next month. The Gunners have already had a £55million bid rejected by Shakhtar Donetsk and are expected to return with a higher offer for the winger.
Amid interest from the Gunners, Mudryk has continued to drop cryptic messages on his social media and has showed Arsenal exactly what they will be getting should they sign him. The forward posted a video over a minute long full of goals, skills, assists and impressive play on his private Instagram page.
The clips included his goals against RB Leipzig and Celtic, as well as a number of dazzling attacking runs. Alongside the video, the Gunners target wrote: "Thank God and ZSU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) for this year."
The winger also used 21 Savage and Drake's song 'Circo Loco', with a lyric reading, 'Still gotta see the Gunners win the Premier League'. The hints keep coming.

Wenger makes Odegaard and Fabregas comparison
Arsene Wenger has compared Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard to former Gunners star Cesc Fabregas after the Norwegian's impressive form for Mikel Arteta's side this season.
Speaking to Norwegian outlet TV2 , Wenger said: "That was hard [when I didn't sign him]. When he was 15, I talked to him. I actually spoke to Martin about it after the game now on Boxing Day.
"I was desperate to sign him. Fortunately, he is here now. He really is like a young Cesc Fabregas. I think he has developed into a complete player.
"I am super impressed. He really is a down-to-earth and nice boy. The way he analyses the game. He also did that as a 15-year-old... The sharpness! I am really impressed. He will do well. He makes decisions quickly, and always optimally. It is remarkable! I like him and the way he makes football look so easy.
"He has developed very well. It's really amazing. His decisions, he is also a leader in the team. You see that Norway is now getting more top-class players, and I hope they can do well internationally in the years to come."
