Four players have left Mikel Arteta's Arsenal following the expiration of their contracts with the club.
Arteta is continuing his Gunners overhaul this summer, and has been active in the transfer market following the arrivals of Sao Paulo wonderkid Marquinhos, American goalkeeper Matt Turner and Portuguese playmaker Fabio Vieira while Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus' move is set to be confirmed any day now. And the club will also see several departures, with ALexandre Lacazette being the highest-profile name to walk away from the Emirates so far this summer.
It comes as the Gunners have also set a deadline to conclude the signings of Leeds United winger Raphinha and Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez. And Marseille failed to wait for Arsenal to announce Matteo Guendouzi's departure with a promotional stunt of their own.

They also face competition for Ajax centre-back Martinez, with his former boss Erik ten Hag keen to reunite with the player in his new job at Manchester United.
And if the Gunners are to complete the signings, they would like to do so before they jet off for their pre-season tour of America on July 13.
