Gabri Veiga boost
Gabri Veiga is one of many midfield options linked with Arsenal and Liverpool's £60million decision has given the Gunners a major transfer boost.
After signing Alexis Mac Allister, Liverpool continued to look for more options in midfield and have opted to activate the €70million (£60.1m) release clause in the contract Dominik Szoboszlai.
That transfer decision could see Liverpool leave the race for Veiga and hand the Gunners further hope he chooses north London if the club choose to pay his €40million (£34.4m) release clause.

Declan Rice announcement
West Ham have made a major update to their club website surrounding Declan Rice as he nears a £105million move to Arsenal.
After seeing two offers rejected, the Gunners submitted a third proposal that reached triple figures with the Hammers then negotiating the payment structure of the bid after Manchester City pulled out of the race.

How close the transfer is to being completed is mostly unknown, but West Ham may have just hinted his exit is imminent with a website update.

Jurrien Timber message
Arsenal will step up talks with Ajax for the transfer of Jurrien Timber this weekend as the Gunners hope to seal a move reportedly worth up to £40million.
According to De Telegraaf, Arsenal are said to have agreed an initial €42million (£36million) transfer fee to sign Timber and with add-ons the deal could rise to €47million (£40million).
With negotiations set to ramp up in search of a final agreement being reached, Timber appears to be remaining very composed as he posted a cryptic message to Twitter.
