Arsenal's summer transfer window is at an interesting point.
Having moved quickly early on to sign a mixture of youth talent and more established stars like Oleksandr Zinchenko, Gabriel Jesus and Fabio Vieira, Mikel Arteta has now gone on record to establish what is next in the forthcoming weeks.
"I don't know, it's what we have today, and as well we have a large squad, so we have to make some decisions on the players that we're not going to be using consistently and be fair and straight with them, and that's a process that's going to start very soon, as well," Arteta said after the most recent Orlando win. "We have to. We have a big squad, and now we have to make things happen."
With these quotes in mind, football.london brings you all the latest on the outgoing front whilst also reporting on the incoming rumours that are doing the rounds currently.

N'Golo Kanté
The Chelsea midfielder's future is secured this summer but it could be a different story in future transfer windows.
Kante has become a Premier League icon in West London and in the East Midlands with Chelsea and Leicester City respectively.
Amid rumours that Todd Boehly will open new contract talks after the summer transfer window shuts, the possibility of the Frenchman leaving after next season remains in the balance.
The Gunners have been a long-term admirer of the 31-year-old since his Caen days and a certain former Man United player has assessed the prospect of the north Londoners making a future move for Kante.
“N’Golo could go to United, too. I don’t know why his name is being linked away but for me he’s blue and blue," Mikael Silvestre told LordPing. "He could play anywhere and in any of the top teams in Europe.
“He showed last season he’s still on top of his game.”
Sergej Milinkovic-Savic
The Lazio man was once on the radar earlier in the window of both Arsenal and Chelsea.
However, Lazio's steep asking price has seemingly put the London duo off making a move for the Serbian international.
According to CalcioMercato, the Gunners, alongside Chelsea, have both made initial moves to sign the 27-year-old superstar, however, not only does Milinkovic-Savic not want to move to England, but Lazio have ramped up the asking price for their star player to as high as £70m.
Nicolas Pepe
Could Pepe be one of those of the immediate transfer selling list? Whilst it's unknown just how desperate Arteta is to cut ties with the Ivorian, the general consensus is that it could be best for all parties to separate after this big £72m move from Lille just hasn't worked out to date.
Newcastle United, who are aiming to make at least one marquee signing this summer amid Alexander Isak links, have been name-checked as a potential destination for the winger who has made a total of 112 appearances in the red and white of Arsenal to date.
This is according to Give Me Sport, via HITC which states that the Tyneside based-club view the 27-year-old as 'attainable.' Pepe's signing would provide depth and cover and competition for star player Allan Saint-Maximin and others as Eddie Howe looks to increase the level of his playing squad in an organic fashion with the funds available from the Saudi PIF ownership structure.

Lucas Torreira
Arsenal midfielder exile Lucas Torreira has dropped a huge transfer hint that his long-awaited Gunners exit could be close as he was spotted away from the American training camp amid Mikel Arteta's recent admission.
The Uruguayan has been involved in the early parts of the north Londoners' pre-season schedule as Arteta made the decision early on in the summer to include the 26-year-old in the squad that is currently in Florida. "Lucas Torreira is our player, yes," manager Arteta said when asked about the midfielder's future after the latest Orland pre-season victory.
Despite this decision, the general feeling was that the Unai Emery signing was only being included to keep up his fitness levels ahead of another move away from the Emirates Stadium this summer. This follows the Fiorentina loan that the former Sampdoria man undertook in 2020/21. Since the emotional farewell that he penned upon the termination of his latest Serie A stay, Torreira's agent has gone on record to suggest that La Liga regulars Valencia were an option for his client but so far, nothing has materialised to this point.
“We have reached an agreement with Valencia, Gattuso wants him,” his agent Pablo Bentancur said. “We are gonna discuss with Arsenal – Arteta wants to see him in the pre-season. He had great numbers with Arsenal but we have a pre-agreement with Valencia.”
Whilst we wait for further developments on this front, the player himself has dropped a rather telling transfer hint on his social media. Perhaps, Spain may not be his next permanent destination as his Instagram story hints that Italy could be his home for the foreseeable future.
This is because, as spotted on Reddit, Arsenal's soon-to-be former number 35 has flown out away from the training camp in the US to watch his former club Institución Atlética 18 de Julio. Torreira's association with the side located in Fray Bentos stretches back from his time there in his football infancy back in 2010. He represented the Italian minnows before Serie B side Pescara swooped in for his services in the summer of 2014.
