Arsenal have reportedly made contact with Mykhaylo Mudryk over the possibility of signing the Shakhtar Donetsk winger.
Mikel Arteta's side continue to be tipped with bringing in further options in attack ahead of the summer transfer window shutting on Thursday, with Marco Asensio, Pedro Neto and Wilfried Zaha all being linked with moves to the Emirates in recent days. The Gunners are believed to be prioritising a move for Wolves winger Neto with the summer transfer window closing in just four days but the move is thought to be complicated.
Meanwhile, the agents of Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha have been exploring options for the player in this summer’s transfer window, leading to claims that Arsenal could revive their long-term interest in the winger. But it now appears that the Gunners are considering making an offer for Mudryk, according to transfer don Fabrizio Romano.

Romano tweeted: "Keep an eye on top talent Mychajlo Mudryk. Everton had €30m verbal proposal turned down by Shakhtar Donetsk last week. Arsenal have explored conditions of Mudryk deal few days ago — but just on player side. Many clubs want him, one to watch until the end."
Arsenal have already brought in Mudryk's compatriot Oleksandr Zinchenko this summer, signing the midfielder for £32m from Premier League rivals Manchester City. As one of the most gifted young players in Ukraine, Mudryk has attracted the attention of various European clubs in recent times.
Media Foot Marseille reports the Gunners have grown "more and more active" in their pursuit of the 21-year-file old but have not yet made an offer. He renewed his contract with Shakhtar Donetsk in February of this year, and the report further states that he may be available for around £16.8 million.
Mudryk is capable of playing on either wing and can also play as an attacking midfielder – leading to obvious comparisons with Zinchenko.
