Arsenal key man to walk disciplinary tightrope ahead of Leeds United clash

Arsenal's key man Gabriel Jesus is walking a disciplinary tightrope ahead of the trip to Elland Road next month. The Brazilian picked up a yellow card in the Gunners' 3-0 win over Brentford at the weekend, taking his tally to four for the campaign.

The 25-year-old has played a key part in Arsenal's bright start to the season, with Mikel Arteta's side top of the table ahead of the international break. Since arriving from Manchester City last summer, Jesus has scored four times with three assists to his name.

He's given his new side a different dynamic in the final third and has helped elevate the North London outfit to a new level. However, with two Premier League fixtures against Tottenham and Liverpool in the calendar before the Gunners' trip to Yorkshire, the Brazilian is at risk of suspension.

In contrast, Leeds have drastically improved on their disciplinary record from last season. They broke a 22-year record for the most number of cards in a single Premier League campaign last term.
