Alvaro Morata move
According to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, Arsenal have 'encountered a problem' in their efforts to sign Atletico Madrid striker Alvaro Morata. The Spanish international, who is currently on loan with Serie A giants Juventus, has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirates in recent weeks.
Atletico are said to be keen to sell Morata this summer, but the aforementioned report claims that the north London outfit have encountered a problem in the pursuit of the former Real Madrid frontman as the player endured a difficult experience during his spell with Premier League rivals Chelsea. The report also says that both Morata and his family struggled to settle in London during his time at Stamford Bridge, making a move to Mikel Arteta's side appears less likely.
Marcel Sabitzer move
Arsenal are keen to sign Bayern Munich midfielder Marcel Sabitzer in a deal that could cost them just £13million, according to Bild, via The Sun. The Austrian international arrived at the Bundesliga giants last summer, joining from RB Leipzig, but he has struggled for consistent game time under Julian Nagelsmann's stewardship and could reportedly leave the Allianz Arena.
Spanish side Atletico Madrid are also said to be keen on Sabitzer.
