Many of Arsenal's stars will be heading to the 2022 World Cup with William Saliba, Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli just a few names called up in the last seven days to represent their respective countries. However, there are some Gunners players who are set to remain in north London.
Those who do not go to Qatar are still set to experience significantly higher temperatures than those in England as they will be heading to Dubai for warm-weather training over the six-week break.
Oleksandr Zinchenko and Gabriel Magalhaes are perhaps the biggest first-team names who will be involved in the training along with any players who are eliminated from the World Cup early on.

It is expected that it won't just be intense training under Mikel Arteta, as Arsenal are likely to play a number of friendlies in several different locations with one possibly taking place at Emirates Stadium, as football.london understands.
Those plans for friendlies have now become much clearer with the Guardian reporting that during the break Arsenal are expected to face Lyon and Milan in a series dubbed the 'Dubai Super Cup', with Liverpool completing the group - though there won't be a fixture for the Gunners against Jurgen Klopp's side.
The friendly at Emirates Stadium looks set to be against Barcelona, where the Spanish club can perhaps get a closer look at how Arteta operates as he was outlined as a potential future manager of the club last month.
