Arsenal reportedly hope transfer talks with Raphinha's agent Deco can bring down Leeds United's asking price for the Brazilian winger. The Gunners have emerged as one of the front runners for the Brazilian's signature this summer as they look to strengthen their Premier League top four credentials.
Leeds are said to be holding out for a fee thought to be around the £65m mark for the 25-year-old who has been one of their best players over the last two seasons. But reports from Brazil suggest the Gunners and Mikel Arteta believe they can lower Leeds' asking price.
Goal Brazil report Raphinha's team believe Leeds will accept an offer of around £50m, which would be quite a drop in price from their reported £65m mark.

Arsenal will look to continue talks for the Brazilian this week and are hoping for a quick resolution to the transfer.
While Barcelona are also in for Raphinha, it is understood the Catalan giants are unable to sign him until they get players out the door. They need to move on higher earner in order to be able to register any new signings.
Alongside Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are also still monitoring Raphinha, while Newcastle are also said to have recently made an approach for the winger who is due to return to training with Leeds next week.
