Thierry Henry has compared Gabriel Jesus' impact at Arsenal to Robert Lewandowski's at Barcelona following Erling Haaland's arrival in the Premier League. Jesus has had a huge influence on the Gunners since joining from Manchester City this summer, directly contributing to eight goals in as many games.
Similarly, Robert Lewandowski has a had a significant impact since making the switch from Bayern Munich to Barcelona, with the Polish striker scoring 12 goals across 10 games in all competitions for his new club. Both players have had transformative impacts on their respective sides.
Not only is Jesus scoring plenty of goals like Lewandowski is, but Henry believes he has also helped bring something else to Arsenal. Having won four Premier League titles, four League Cups and an FA Cup at Man City, Henry says Jesus has brought a 'winning mentality' to the Emirates Stadium just like Lewandowski has at the Nou Camp.

Mikel Arteta told players queuing up to complete Arsenal transfer amid Premier League title tilt
"Nobody is saying that Haaland is not doing well and the impact is not great," Henry told CBS Sports. "I'm saying that Lewandowski has as big of an impact as what Haaland is doing.
"If you argue the fact that Man City - were they top of the league last year? Were they competing? Were Barca top of the league? No they were not. I'm not always talking about the goals or what you do. Some types of players have an impact on what he does and what he brings.
"For example Gabriel Jesus, you can see what he's bringing to the team, that winning mentality. Not a lot of guys won in that team at Barcelona. You have a couple of the old guard that did it, but not a lot of the guys did it.
"What Lewandowski is bringing on top of the goals is also how everyone is playing around him. You can see how they speak when he's there, but nobody is disputing what Haaland is doing. What Haaland is doing is stupid - in a good way."
