Former Arsenal player Gilberto Silva has hinted that he will discuss a potential move for Jude Bellingham with Gunners sporting director Edu Gaspar. The 19-year-old has continued to impress on the world stage, being one of the standout performers of England's World Cup campaign so far.
The former Birmingham City midfielder has plenty in his locker, showing his ability to defend, carry the ball and pick the exact right pass. Mix that with his hard-working personality and maturity beyond his years and there's a recipe for a player that could dominate his generation.
It has led to plenty of praise, including a word from former Manchester United captain Roy Keane: "He's going to be a superstar that kid," He told ITV Sport during England's round of 16 win over Senegal. "We keep using the word but maturity, he plays like he's played 100 times for England."

It has led to plenty of clamour over Bellingham's signature for both the current first-team of those interested as well as a view towards the future. Dortmund are said to have placed a £128million price tag, with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United the prime teams linked so far.
As for Arsenal, they have been somewhat on the periphery of any links for Bellingham, but could still look to make a move for a player that fits their philosophy. However, a deal could be accelerated after a hint dropped by former midfielder Gilberto Silva on his social media.
The Brazilian tweeted: "Jude Bellingham reminds me of someone." To which one fan responded: "Have a word with Edu."
Silva merely replied with emojis of a thumbs up and an ok sign, suggesting that he may will have discussions with the new sporting director over a huge move.
