Arsenal Europa League parade: Gunners confirm trophy route for if they beat Chelsea in Baku

Arsenal have confirmed their plans to hold an open-top bus parade on Thursday evening should they beat Chelsea in the Europa League final the night before.

The route, which will start and finish at the Emirates Stadium, will kick off at 7pm and go past the club's former Highbury home and end with the players appearing on the podium above The Armoury Megastore on Hornsey Road.

Should Arsenal win the Europa League - which will be Emery's first piece of silverware in charge of the Gunners but the fourth time he has won the competition - there will be double celebrations as victory in Baku will secure Champions League football for next season.

Despite the success of reaching a European final in his first season in charge, there was disappointment about the club's form as the campaign wore on, particularly away from home, as Arsenal let a top-four finish slop out of their grasp after just two wins from their last seven games.

Arsenal's Europa League victory parade route:

(Arsenal FC)

7pm: Begins at stadium at Drayton Park, by Martineau Road. Bus travels along Martineau Road, Highbury Hill, Highbury Park, Blackstock Road, Gillespie Road, Avenell Road, Aubert Park, Drayton Park and then back to Emirates Stadium.

About 7.45pm: Parade arrives back at Emirates Stadium, where the players will appear on the podium above The Armoury Megastore on Hornsey Road.

8.45pm: Parade ends.
