Arsenal are in dire need of a win today when they travel to Villa Park to take on Aston Villa.
The Gunners’ Premier League title challenge has faltered in recent weeks. Having dropped just seven points during the first half of the league campaign they have already dropped eight points just three games into the second period.
Their most recent outing came on Wednesday against Manchester City, who usurped them at the top of the table after winning 3-1 at the Emirate Stadium. Still, all is not lost. The north London outfit are only behind City on goal difference and they also have a game in hand on the reigning champions.

Now, Arsenal have hinted that Jorginho will play as the holding midfielder, tweeting out a picture of the Italian international in their matchday preview.
Of course, the former Chelsea man isn't guaranteed a start because of this but Thomas Partey's recent injury suggests that he may be handed a chance to play as the Gunners' No.6 again, starting there against City on Wednesday
A muscular problem ruled Partey out of the match three days ago and the 29-year-old also didn't appear in training images posted by the club. "We have to assess him today again", Arteta said when discussing the Ghana international's availability.
"He had some discomfort, a little muscle discomfort. We have to assess him this morning and see how he is."
