Unseen footage from Arsenal's Amazon Prime "All or Nothing" documentary has shown Mikel Arteta in an explosive rant after January's FA Cup defeat against Nottingham Forest.
Steve Cooper's side knocked the Gunners out of the domestic competition at the start of the year after Lewis Grabban tucked home Ryan Yates' cross in the 83rd minute with Arsenal struggling to break the Reds down despite having Bukayo Sako, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Martinelli on the pitch.
After restricting Arteta's side to no shots on target, Forest went onto defeat Leicester City and Huddersfield Town on their way to reaching the quarter-finals of the competition for the first time since 1996. Eventual champions Liverpool ended their historic cup run with a narrow 1-0 victory on Trentside.

In the new documentary, video footage from after the game shows how furious Arteta was at his players for their performance in Nottingham.
"I accept losing, guys. I accept losing. I don't accept these f*****g standards I'm telling you," he said in the City Ground changing rooms.
"It's nowhere near. Nowhere near! And I know the desire and your attitude, that attitude is not enough. Courage is not enough. To run is not enough, you have to have much more than that. And it's nowhere near.
"You agree with me guys? Yeah? But between you f*****g do it and demand yourself. That's what I'm telling you in f*****g training. Because I see it in training, that it doesn't matter to give the ball away.
"It's okay, sometimes I go to the next ball and I run. No! Because in a game it's a goal! When I lose a duel, I am upset. When I lose the small sided games, I am upset! Because that's the f*****g standards! Because you come here and now you f*****glose.
"It's nowhere near guys, it's f*****g s**t. I'm telling you, s**t!"
