Arsenal and Chelsea are set to battle it out for Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba at the end of the season, according to reports.
The Frenchman is out of contract in the summer and the Manchester Evening News understand the club are still planning for him to leave when his deal expires.
Fichajes claim that Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer the 28-year-old a deal, while Arsenal, Chelsea and Newcastle United are also thought to be interested in the World Cup winner.
Elsewhere, a Brazilian journalist has reported that Flamengo are trying to cancel the agreement in place to sign Andreas Pereira from United.
As quoted by Sport Witness, Jorge Nicola states that there are 'important people on the red and black board who’re working behind the scenes' to try and cancel the deal.
It is believed that this is due to a run of poor performances and the fact the player is out of contract next summer.
Reports suggest the Brazilian club had agreed to a deal of €10.5m (£8.75).
Meanwhile, one of Crystal Palace's owners has claimed he is trying to sign Edinson Cavani at the end of the season.
Palace shareholder John Textor is in the process of buying Brazilian outfit Botafogo and he's said that he would love to bring the Uruguayan to his new club, telling Canal do TF (via Sport Witness): "One of my favourites to come back to South America one day, Cavani. Edinson Cavani.
Tell us who you think United’s captain should be below or here.
"I’m gonna try for all those, right? Because I think we have the ability.
"If any of those players are truly open-minded for coming back, we have more tools to recruit them than others do."
Cavani is thought to be set to leave United when his contract runs out at the end of the season and it looks as though he'll have plenty of options if he does leave Old Trafford.
