Arriva has issued its timetable changes for the festive period.
Due to planned industrial action by Network Rail staff who are members of the RMT union, Merseyrail has had to make changes to its train timetables running between December 24 and 27. But there are also some changes to the bus networks that would need to be noted if you are planning on travelling this festive season.
Arriva has confirmed that no buses will be running on Christmas Day and there will be reduced timetables on the bank holidays and New Year. The changes will be in place until January 3 when normal services resume.
