Arnaut Danjuma is back in England with his agent with a move away from Villarreal expected to happen this month.
The ECHO understands that there is an acceptance at the Spanish club that Danjuma will return to England in this window. It is understood that the winger has a number of options available to him.
Everton are one of a number of clubs to have been linked with a move for the Netherlands international. A return to former club Bournemouth has also been rumoured.

Speaking last week, Villarreal chief executive Roig Negueroles said his club had received plenty of interest in Danjuma - but were yet to receive an offer for the 25-year-old.
"Right now, we don’t have a formal offer, it’s true that there are rumours, there is interest, but I think the market is starting to move now and we’ll see how it evolves,” he told Spanish publication AS.
However, the ECHO understands that the La Liga side have now received a number of offers for the winger - and Danjuma has returned to England with his agent Michael Moses as a return to the Premier League moves closer.
Danjuma has scored 22 goals in 51 games since moving to Spain in a £22m deal and was a part of the Villarreal side that reached the semi-finals of the Champions League last season.
Blues boss Lampard has long spoken about the need for 'help' this month. The ECHO reported back in November that Everton had a list of players drawn up to target during the window and that strengthening their attacking options was the priority, with the club exploring the potential to sign more than one forward player.
However, apart from Ellis Simms returning from a successful loan spell at Sunderland, no new players are yet to arrive. The ECHO also understands that talk linking Duvan Zapata with a move to Goodison Park is, at this moment in time, just speculation.
