Armed police have stormed two Leeds homes after a drive-by shooting in the city.
Cops executed search warrants at two addresses in Cross Flatts Street and Appleby Place during the early hours of Tuesday (September 27) morning, West Yorkshire Police have confirmed. The raids formed part of an ongoing investigating into a drive-by shooting in Woodview Terrace, Beeston, on Saturday.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following the shooting which police are treating as a "targeted attack." A gun was fired at a car by suspects on a motorbike during the shooting, the force has said.

No arrests were made during the raids of two homes on Tuesday. A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Armed officers executed search warrants at two addresses in Cross Flatts Street and Appleby Place, Leeds, in the early hours of today (Tuesday) as part of the ongoing investigation into an incident in Woodview Terrace, Beeston, on Saturday, September 3, where a gun was fired at a car by suspects on a motorbike, in what is believed to have been a targeted attack. No arrests were made and enquiries are ongoing."
