Arizona U.S. Senate Republican nominee Kari Lake voiced concerns about the Democratic presidential ticket's impact on border security in her state. At a campaign event with families affected by border violence, Lake criticized Vice President Kamala Harris for not visiting the southern border during her upcoming rally in Glendale.

Lake highlighted the 'build the wall' policies of former President Donald Trump and questioned Harris' effectiveness as the 'border czar.' She invited Harris to visit the border after her rally, emphasizing the dissatisfaction of people in Arizona towards the current administration.

Lake accused her Democratic opponent, U.S. Rep. Ruben Gallego, of supporting the Biden-Harris border agenda. She referred to Harris, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, and Gallego as the 'three musketeers of nightmarish policy.'

Despite facing criticism, Lake asserted Republican unity behind her, citing endorsements from prominent figures like Karrin Taylor Robson. She also highlighted support from everyday-American Democrats for her campaign.

During the event, attended by U.S. Reps. Eli Crane and Andy Biggs, families affected by border issues shared their stories. A former Democratic voter, Jade Gillon, expressed support for Trump, citing improvements in her life during his administration.

Crane raised concerns about media coverage of Biden's acuity and criticized Harris for her alleged socialist leanings. Gallego's campaign spokesperson, Hannah Goss, defended the Democrat's record on border security and accused Lake of spreading false information for political gain.

The event also showcased the coalition 'Democrats & Former Democrats for Kari Lake & America First' in response to Harris' 'Republicans for Harris' campaign. Gallego launched 'Republicans and Independents for Ruben' and highlighted his bipartisan efforts, including voting on the 'Laken Riley Act' alongside Republicans.
