Ariana Grande gives rare look at natural curls as she ditches high ponytail

Ariana Grande and her super sleek high ponytail are one of the most recognisable pairings in pop music.

But the No Tears Left To Cry singer, 26, has ditched her iconic style for a more natural look.

She took to Instagram on Wednesday morning to flaunt her natural curls, which she rarely shows off in public.

Ariana posted a video of herself sporting a half up/half down hairstyle as she sported her beautiful curls.

In the clip, which didn't have any sound, she flicked her hair around as she stared at the camera with a bored expression on her face.

At the end of the video she rested her head on her left hand and sighed.

The brunette beauty wore no makeup on the video but put the butterfly filter over the top of it.

Ariana decided not to add a caption.

But that didn't stop her fans from fawning over her natural look in the comments, including some famous faces.

Katy Perry said: "Keep this look after quarantimes pls."

"Yaasssss curls! Come through," another commented.

A third posted: "Your gloss is poppin' and your natural hair is cuteee."

"Absolutely love your hair," a fourth wrote.

Another agreed: "A moment of appreciation for your curls. I'm loving this journey bb."

It comes after Ariana hit out at "selfish" fans for still going out despite the coronavirus outbreak.

She said: "It is incredibly dangerous and selfish to take this situation that lightly.

"The 'we will be fine because we are young' mindset is putting people who aren't young and/or healthy in a lot of danger."
