Ariana Grande debuts new haircut

She just released the break-up track Thank You, Next, making peace with her past.

And Ariana Grande continued to shed layers of her old self as she debuted a fresh, new haircut on Instagram Thursday.

The 25-year-old songstress, who was once known for her cascading ponytails, showed off her clean, shoulder-length chop in sweet social media, reports Daily Mail.

Her long bob certainly looked like a fresh start in the picture, where she also sported a cute bunny filter on her face.

Ari looked cozy in a crew neck sweater. Flower-like diamond post earrings rounded out her look.

Though the God Is A Woman singer didn't mention her tresses in the photo caption, she did joke about the effect the filter had on her brows.

"This filter took my eyebrows away but i promise they're there," she kidded.

Earlier in the day the starlet shared an emotional tweet which read: "good at overthinking w my heart .... how u even think it got this far".

Fans online suggested Ariana may have been teasing lyrics to a new song.

The star has been chronicling her emotions via the social media site lately.

Opening up in another tweet Sunday, she wrote: "what an interesting, challenging, painful and yet beautiful and exciting chapter of life.

"When it rains it pours but i'm embracing all of it. i'm excited for whatever else the universe has in store for me. she's growing n she's grateful."

Ariana's been faced with a number of emotional experiences in past months.

In September Grande dealt with the unexpected loss of ex boyfriend Mac Miller, who passed away from a drug overdose.

And she split with fiance Pete Davidson in October, breaking things off following a whirlwind five-month relationship which saw the duo get engaged after only one month together.
